Slow Walk Pound Dribble
Pound dribbles:
Dribble the basketball as low to the ground as possible and as quickly as you can while slowly walking forward. Try to get as many dribbles as you can in 30 seconds.

Side to Side:
While walking Slowly Dribble the basketball side to side. Repeat this action and see how many you can do in 30 seconds

In and Out:
Dribble the basketball using an in and out dribble while walking slowly. Repeat this action and see how many you can do in 30 seconds.

Slow Walk Crossover:
While Slowly walking cross the ball over from one hand to the other as narrow as you can. Repeat this action and see how many you can do in 30 seconds.

Slow Walk Through the Legs:
While walking slowly dribble the basketball in between the legs. Repeat this action and see how many you can do in a row without losing control of the basketball.

Square Lane Dribble
Square Lane Dribble:
Dribble straight while walking slowly. Once you reach the elbow slide across the lane while dribbling. When you slide all the way across to the next elbow walk backwards while dribbling to the baseline. Then finish with a slide across the baseline while dribbling and repeat.

Diagonal Cone Moves
Diagonal Cone Moves:
Place cones 2 or 3 steps apart in a diagonal pattern. Dribble at each cone and make a dribble move at each cone, then head to the next cone and do the same.

Slide Dribble Hesitation
Slide Dribble Hesitation:
Dribble while sliding in one direction, once you take 3 or 4 dribbles make a hesitation move and explode for a dribble or 2. Then Repeat!

Slide Hesitation Cross:
Slide dribble with the basketball for 3 or 4 dribbles, then go into a hesitation move finished with a crossover.

Slide Dribble Hesi-Cross-Through the Legs:
Slide dribble for 3 or 4 dribbles, then make a hesitation move into a crossover, after 1 dribble go back the opposite direction by putting the ball through your legs.

Straight Line Cone Dribble
Straight Line Cone Dribble:
Place cones in a straight line then make a dribble move at each cone as you move through the line. There are many different moves you can make at the cones such as: Crossover, Hesitation, Through the legs and more.

2 Move Combos:
Pick a series of 2 moves in a row. Using those 2 moves continuously make the 2 move combo with a brief hesitation in between.

Pick a series of 3 move combinations. Continuously make the 3 moves in a row with a hesitation in between.

Over Cone Dribble into Dribble Moves
Cone Dribble Moves into Dribble Moves
Dribble the basketball over the cone and back, then dribble in a straight line. Make a hard dribble with the outside foot and dribble at the same time then finish with retreat dribbles back to the cone and repeat 10 times.
